I've followed the instructions for off-campus access, and it still doesn't work. I can't get into Canvas. Help!

Try clearing your cache (go to history and look for clear cache or try these shortcuts: on a Microsoft OS computer, simultaneously pressing <CTRL> <SHIFT> <DELETE> on a Mac, simultaneously pressing <CMD><SHIFT><DELETE>. You may also try closing and reopening your internet browser, using a private browser session, or using a different browser. If those don’t work, then contact MCC help desk by emailing MCC Help Desk or calling 603-206-8080.
